Experience Information:

- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience required

Essential Job Functions:

- Creating, revising, and formatting legal documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Answering phones, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Proofreading, document comparison, and revisions
- Processing conflict checks and new client/matter forms
- Entering attorney time and processing expense reports
- Interacting with various departments within the firm to facilitate legal support for assignments and clients
- Establishing and maintaining paper and electronic files
- Providing assistance to other practice assistants and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Exhibiting professionalism and adhering to firm policies

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Must be able to work core business hours with flexibility for overtime
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat DC, PowerPoint, and Excel strongly preferred
