## Holland & Hart Trademark Paralegal Position Holland & Hart is seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join our growing practice. This position offers the flexibility to work out of any of the Firm’s offices and will focus on portfolio management/prosecution, enforcement, and/or a combination of both. ### Requirements Ideal applicants will possess level-appropriate experience in the managing large international trademark portfolios. Specific aspects of the position include: * Managing a trademark docket * Trademark prosecution including trademark searching, preparing applications, renewals and simple office action responses * Managing foreign enforcement matters and corresponding with foreign counsel * Coordinating powers of attorneys and obtaining legalization of documents * Chain of title assessment and clean-up * Other due diligence matters Excellent computer skills are critical and experience with database management is desirable. Experience with docketing software and electronic file management is a plus. The ideal candidate should be very detail oriented, energetic, and eager to learn, with excellent communication and organizational skills, and must enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. ### Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for paralegals in Colorado is - per hour based on a work week. The compensation range for this position if based in another Holland & Hart office will be competitive with similar positions in the market. Paralegals are eligible to receive overtime and a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance. Full-time employees become eligible for benefits on the date of hire, with a benefits offering that includes medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, EAP, STD, and LTD.
