The candidate must possess experience representing national, regional, and local commercial lending institutions in secured, unsecured and other transactions, including general commercial, asset-based, real estate, and construction financing, issuance of credit enhancements in bond transactions, participations and inter-creditor transactions. Ability to manage and delegate matters, excellent drafting and verbal communication skills, strong academic credentials, practical problem-solving ability and the ability to interact effectively with clients are required.
