Co-counsel The candidate will represent hourly and managerial employees in all aspects of employment, including wrongful termination, whistle blowing, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation based on age, sex, race, national origin, Labor Code claims including PAGA, and more. Will be responsible for day to day handling of between 10-20 cases in geographic area. Ahould have a minimum of 3 years of case-handling and litigation experience, be a member of the State Bar of California, and be proactive. Must carry own Professional Liability Insurance and be able to show proof.
