McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is looking for a talented transactional real estate attorney to join our Real Estate and Construction Procurement group. This position can be located in any of our Pennsylvania offices and hybrid or remote opportunities are available based on experience.

McNees offers experienced and comprehensive legal services to a broad range of clients, both nationally and locally. Our current clients include those in the industrial/logistics, residential housing, restaurant (leasing), and energy (solar and natural gas) sectors.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:


4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience
Knowledge of planned community and condominiums (preferred)
Ability to draft and negotiate complex documents related to leasing and the acquisition, disposition, and development of property
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
