We are looking for candidates who possess the following:


4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience
Knowledge of planned community and condominiums (preferred)
Ability to draft and negotiate complex documents related to leasing and the acquisition, disposition, and development of property
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
