Law firm Fish & Richardson is seeking a Patent Paralegal to join their fast-paced Practice Systems Department. Responsibilities for this role include accurately preparing and filing documents related to patent prosecution, maintaining and managing a prosecution docket, and meeting billable goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate, at least 1 year of experience as a Patent Paralegal, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. They must also be willing to work in the office at least 3 days per month for training and collaboration.
