Latham & Watkins LLP, a leading global law firm, is searching for highly qualified attorneys with a minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits for their Tax Department. This is a national search and the firm is looking for candidates with significant experience in company representation and compensation disclosure issues, as well as a broad range of transactional executive compensation and benefits matters.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits
- Extensive experience in company representation and compensation disclosure issues
- Broad knowledge of transactional executive compensation and benefits matters, including tax, securities, and other relevant laws

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice to clients on executive compensation and benefits matters
- Conduct research and draft legal documents related to executive compensation and benefits
- Collaborate with other attorneys and departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar of the location in which the candidate will be based
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
