The firm is looking for an experienced Senior Employment Litigation Associate to join their Pittsburgh, PA office. This role will be responsible for defending and litigating lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination, representing employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases, and providing advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a , 4+ years of litigation experience with an employment law background strongly preferred, active PA bar admission or the ability to obtain it quickly, an understanding of current court and employment-related agency (state and federal) procedures, excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail and commitment to excellence, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, and a commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork.

The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.
