Energy and Infrastructure PPA Specialist
The candidate must be an attorney having 4-8 years of experience in the areas of energy projects work relating to renewables and energy storage, and specifically focused on energy offtake work including one or more of: renewable energy power purchase agreements (both physical and virtual and both on the buy- and sell-side), corporate PPAs, energy storage offtake agreements, tolling agreements, renewable energy credit agreements, hedging agreements, resource adequacy sales agreements, ISDAs and EEI agreements. Excellent academic credentials are required. Should be a member of the OR State Bar.
