Ropes & Gray, a top-ranked global law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Washington, . In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our clients through all stages of litigation, working closely with attorneys, senior paralegals, and litigation technology professionals. This is a hands-on position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience with automated litigation support tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement paper and electronic document collection, review, and production systems
- Assist attorneys in reviewing documents for privilege and drafting privilege logs
- Manage and utilize automated litigation support tools
- Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations
- Coordinate with case team to manage utilization of litigation databases
- Conduct research and compile findings as needed
- Mentor and supervise junior paralegals, case assistants, and temporary staff
- Assist with preparation of court filings and e-filing
- Communicate and interact with clients, outside entities, and other law firms

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of solid litigation experience
- Experience with database management software and e-discovery
- Trial experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
