A reputable law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Counsel to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group. This role involves providing strategic legal solutions for clients in trademark, copyright, and entertainment-related litigation. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in IP litigation and demonstrate the ability to excel in a dynamic, client-oriented environment.

Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, memoranda, and correspondence for state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
Manage and respond to complex discovery requests.
Confer, negotiate, and communicate effectively with opposing counsel.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Prepare and present oral arguments at hearings.
Develop trial strategies, including preparing exhibit lists, evidentiary objections, motions in limine, and witness preparation.
Prepare appellate briefs.
8-10 years of experience in trademark, copyright, and entertainment litigation and counseling.
Experience in drafting and responding to pleadings, discovery, and motions.
Demonstrated ability to handle depositions, work with experts, and manage litigation strategy.
Trial experience is a plus.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Strong academic credentials.
Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
