Overview:
Goldberg Segalla, a rapidly growing national law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Workers' Compensation Paralegal in our Orange County office. This position offers a competitive hourly salary and bonus opportunity, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties, including proofreading and editing materials
- Accurately type 65-75 words per minute
- Ensure accuracy of naming conventions and electronic file management
- Exercise knowledge of legal documents and terminology
- Assist with calendar calls and deposition scheduling
- Experience with E-file, discovery requests, motions, and calendaring
- Knowledge of EAMS is a plus

Requirements/Skills:
- 3+ years experience in Workers' Compensation practice
- ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate
- Knowledge of billing and adherence to client guidelines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Positive attitude
