Toxic Tort Associate - Work Remotely for a Leading Defense Litigation Law Firm in Los Angeles, California

Are you a motivated attorney with 2+ years of toxic tort litigation experience? **Members Only**, a top-ranked law firm with over 1,100 attorneys in 44 offices across the United States, is seeking a talented Toxic Tort Associate to join their team. This position offers a flexible, remote working arrangement and the opportunity for long-term growth and development in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other legal documents
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices
- Independently manage a litigation caseload and communicate with clients
- Provide status reports and contribute to a cohesive team environment

Qualifications:

- JD from an ABA accredited law school and admitted to practice in California
- 2+ years of toxic tort litigation experience preferred
- Experience with asbestos, talc, silicosis, diacetyl, benzene, or related toxic torts preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

- Pay range of $135,000 - $190,000 USD
- Eligible for discretionary bonuses
- Full-time position with benefits including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
