They should also have experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, or other similar software. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, deadline driven, and able to manage a heavy workload. They should also have superior organizational skills, research, and writing skills. The candidate should be confident and comfortable communicating on the phone and able to work well under pressure.
