Perkins Coie LLP, a top-ranked law firm, is currently seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their nationally recognized Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising group. This full-time position is available in multiple locations including Seattle, WA, Los Angeles, CA, Portland, OR, Madison, WI, Denver, CO, and Washington, .

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys with clearance and prosecution of . and foreign trademark and copyright matters
- Conduct searches, enforcement, and due diligence
- Draft and file electronic trademark and service mark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office
- Prepare and file copyright applications with the . Copyright Office
- Independently draft responses to Office Actions, prosecution documents, and correspondence to clients
- Communicate with foreign associates regarding international trademark matters
- Manage and register Internet Domain Names
- Handle adverse matters, demand letters, and domain name arbitrations
- Maintain accurate docket deadlines
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exercise strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities
- Keep accurate time and billing records

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of IP/Trademark paralegal experience
- Experience in a mid to large-sized law firm preferred
- Paralegal certificate preferred

Salary Information:

- Colorado: $61,670 to $123,300 annually
- Los Angeles: $71,820 to $143,630 annually
- Washington State: $65,050 to $130,100 annually
- Washington .: $70,250 to $140,510 annually
