Legal Project Manager - Circle - Miami (Remote first in US):

- Responsible for case management, tracking, reporting, and coordination activities.

Responsibilities:

- Support all aspects of litigation, internal investigations, and special projects.
- Manage subpoena responses, eDiscovery, and vendor coordination.
- Organize and update case management systems and materials.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and outside vendors and counsel.
- Conduct research, fact gathering, and data analysis.
- Assist with developing structures, policies, and procedures for managing information.
- Prepare and facilitate legal document signatures and delivery.
- Perform other legal and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree.
- 7+ years of litigation experience in a corporate, law firm, or government setting.
- Experience with eDiscovery platforms and managing confidential information.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Competence with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
- Legal executive assistant, paralegal certificate, or project manager certification/experience preferred.
- Team-oriented, articulate, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
- Working knowledge of information governance and eDiscovery best practices.
