Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our Personal Injury Litigation department in Irvine. With a focus on catastrophic injury cases, our team is dedicated to helping our clients receive the compensation they deserve. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in the progress of these cases through your expertise in discovery, court deadlines, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Propound and respond to discovery.
- Calendar and manage court deadlines.
- Prepare documents for filing with the Court.
- Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel.
- Assist with pre-trial preparation, including drafting trial documents and preparing exhibits.
- Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience propounding and responding to discovery in personal injury litigation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience calendaring court deadlines.
- Knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Superior time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
