The candidate should have Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Admitted to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing. Must have excellent academic credentials, a strong interest in the litigation practice, aggressive courtroom style when necessary, a highly ranked client service aptitude, an interest in handling simple to complex civil litigation matters across the firm’s varied practice areas including (among others): general, commercial, real estate, vendor, evictions, and premises liability (defense) litigation. Licensed to practice law in Texas, strong research and persuasive writing skills and graduation from a top tier law school with superior academic performance.
