The Law Firm of Ogletree Deakins is seeking a Labor Relations Associate to join our dynamic and growing labor and employment law practice. This is a full-time position located in various cities including Phoenix, Arizona; Atlanta, Georgia; Los Angeles, California; San Francisco, California; New York, New York; Morristown, New Jersey; Chicago, Illinois; and Boston, Massachusetts.

As a Labor Relations Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced attorneys and represent premier local and national employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. This role requires 5+ years of labor law experience, including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and union campaigns. You will also have extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal services to clients in all aspects of labor and employment law
- Handle labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and union campaigns
- Maintain extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel
- Contribute to a respectful and collegial office environment
- Participate in regular all-attorney conferences and ongoing professional development opportunities
- Work with leading attorneys in the field

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree and current license to practice law in good standing
- 5+ years of labor law experience
- Extensive experience advising clients on labor relations
- Strong written and analytical skills
- Outstanding academic record preferred
