Key Responsibilities:

- Handle both public and private company M&A transactions, with a focus on public company M&A
- Draft and review sophisticated corporate documentation
- Stay up-to-date on market terms and SEC and stock exchange rules and regulations applicable to public company M&A transactions
- Work in a team environment and also handle individual responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and build strong relationships

Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of experience working in M&A, specifically public and private company transactions
- Strong general corporate transactional background
- Excellent drafting and reviewing skills
- Knowledge of market terms and SEC and stock exchange rules and regulations
- Ability to work in a team and handle individual responsibilities
- Superior academic credentials
- Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills

Salary Information:

- Salary range in New York: $310,000 - $365,000
- Actual compensation offered will depend on experience, qualifications, and location
