Insurance Defense Attorney
The candidate will be joining a law firm in the practice area of insurance defense. Represent clients in hearings, meetings, negotiations or administrative proceedings. Must have 10 + years of litigation experience with demonstrable verdict experience within the insurance defense industry. Premises liability defense including an extensive trial experience is required. Must be admitted to both the New York or New Jersey Bar. Should have an effective communication skills sufficient to conduct investigations. Have an excellent writing and analytical skills.
