Wilson Sonsini is currently seeking a Healthcare Associate with a strong interest in technology use in healthcare to join our team. As a member of our digital health department, you will have the opportunity to work exclusively in the digital health industry, representing startups and founder-led companies at all stages of their development. This includes pre-formation, venture capital financing, and public offerings. Our firm currently represents over 400 digital health companies, including pioneers in healthcare technology, and we are looking for someone with 3-7 years of experience in healthcare law to join us.

As a Healthcare Associate, your focus will be on regulatory compliance and advising on the corporate practice of medicine. This requires a meticulous eye for detail and a strong commitment to client service, as well as good business judgment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about leveraging technology to shape the future of healthcare and has a strong interest in the intersection of healthcare and technology.

This opportunity is available in several locations, including Seattle, Washington DC, Boston, San Francisco, Palo Alto, San Diego, and virtual from Chicago for exceptional candidates. Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
