We are currently seeking a Patent Prosecution (Of Counsel) for our Minneapolis office. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in patent prosecution, demonstrate academic achievement, good character, initiative and interpersonal skills, and show an ability to assume direct responsibility for client work while providing the highest levels of client service. USPTO registration in good standing (or ability to become registered) is required.
