A law firm is seeking a Junior-Mid Level Benefits Associate Attorney for their office in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of benefits experience in private practice, including expertise in qualified retirement plans, health & welfare plans, and executive & deferred compensation arrangements. Supporting benefits and compensation in M&A, ERISA litigation, and withdrawal liability experience is a plus.
