  • Provide legal support and counsel on a range of benefits and compensation matters.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various benefit plan documents, agreements, and disclosures.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex benefits and compensation issues.
  • Assist in benefits-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, ERISA litigation, and withdrawal liability matters.
