As a key member of our litigation function, you will play an essential role in supporting our legal team and assisting with all phases of personal injury litigation. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file legal documents with the court
- Assist with document production and organization
- Coordinate document collections and productions
- Draft routine correspondence and support special projects
- Manage service of process and daily calendaring
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred

Qualifications:

- 0-1+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Associates, Bachelors, or Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Experience with both state and federal courts in California
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google software applications
- Familiarity with case management software such as FileVine
