The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in advising and litigation roles related to labor, employment and higher education issues. ## Responsibilities of Labor, Employment and Higher Education Attorney

* Provide legal support and advice to the firm’s business clients on employment, labor relations and higher education issues
* Research, brief writing, preparation of pleadings, policy drafting, investigation of misconduct complaints, preparation of charge responses, and client advising
* Strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, excellent client service skills, outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment

## Qualifications

* 10+ years of employment law experience
* Experience in the higher education sector is preferred
