Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with corporate governance matters, including board and committee meetings, annual reports, and regulatory filings.
- Prepare materials for meetings, file regulatory documents, and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
- Conduct legal research on corporate law, securities regulations, and governance best practices.
- Maintain corporate records and assist in drafting and executing legal documents.
- Manage corporate administrative functions and maintain corporate databases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and legal procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other evolving technologies.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
