Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience with Hatch-Waxman litigation and be working on ANDA cases. Candidates must have a PhD in organic chemistry. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of intellectual property law and be able to work collaboratively with other professionals in the field. The firm is open to remote candidates and is located in the Washington, DC or New York area.

**Compensation:**

Merchant & Gould offers competitive base salaries with a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. Depending on the experience level of the candidate, the hiring range is $180k - $220k.
