Patent Associate
The candidate will draft and prosecute patent applications, prepare patent opinion letters, provide IP counseling to clients, and conduct patent due diligence studies in connection with business transactions. Supervise junior attorneys and patent agents as part of global client service teams. Must have 1-5 years of relevant experience to work in the firm’s Life Sciences patent group; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, superior academic credentials, and a . degree in a biological or chemical scientific field are required as well as current patent bar membership; previous law firm experience is preferred.
