The Litigation Partner role in our Boston office includes serving as a market leader, driving revenue and team growth, and serving as an in-office leader to build culture, camaraderie, and collaboration among professionals in various roles, cities, offices, and regions. You will also collaborate with the executive leadership team on market growth plans and strategies, make improvement recommendations, and proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end. Additionally, you will provide superior customer service to clients and manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software.

To qualify for this position, you must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited university and have passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt. We also require a minimum of 10 years of domestic litigation experience, including 1st chair family law experience and experience handling complex litigation matters. You must be licensed to practice law in the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and have the ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.
