Law Firm Seeking Experienced Labor and Employment Paralegal in Seattle, WA

Responsibilities Include:

- Conducting legal research and initial case assessments
- Drafting legal documents such as interrogatories, requests for production, and basic motions
- Managing document collections and eDiscovery databases
- Analyzing evidence and preparing for trial
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Performing administrative responsibilities as assigned

Essential Requirements:

- 3-5 years of related experience demonstrating analytical and written research capabilities
- Prior experience with online litigation document review databases and understanding of the EDRM
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment law codes, statutes, and procedures
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and make fast decisions in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary range of $70,000-$117,000 based on experience and skills
- Annual discretionary bonus
