The Pre-Suit Attorney will be responsible for managing and negotiating cases with insurance providers, as well as overseeing a dedicated legal assistant and maintaining regular communication with clients. They will also be responsible for opening new files, investigating each case thoroughly, and preparing demand letters. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a determination to get the best results for clients.
