The Pre-Suit Attorney will be responsible for managing and negotiating cases with insurance providers, as well as overseeing a dedicated legal assistant and maintaining regular communication with clients. They will also be responsible for opening new files, investigating each case thoroughly, and preparing demand letters. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a determination to get the best results for clients.

Responsibilities of the Pre-Suit Attorney include:

- Managing and negotiating cases with insurance providers
- Effectively managing a full case load
- Overseeing and managing a dedicated legal assistant
- Regularly communicating with clients
- Opening new files and maintaining contact with clients throughout the case
- Fully investigating each case and gathering relevant documents and information
- Verifying insurance coverage and liability issues
- Managing client's medical care and communicating with medical providers
- Scheduling and coordinating medical appointments
- Monitoring case status and reviewing medical records
- Organizing and maintaining case files
- Preparing files for submission to demand writers

Qualifications for the Pre-Suit Attorney include:
