Responsibilities:

- Assist with drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and subpoenas
- Conduct document searches and create relevant document binders
- Prepare deposition summaries and analyze medical records
- Perform factual and legal research
- Prepare trial binders and other pre-trial documents
- Maintain poise and presence while assisting at trial

Skills Required:

- Paralegal certification and a minimum of four years of litigation experience
- Knowledge of civil litigation practice and procedure in State and Federal courts
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with e-discovery software and Lexis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
