As a Senior Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our case teams in all stages of litigation, from conception to trial and appeal. Responsibilities: - Manage case teams during all stages of litigation - Handle document production and management - Prepare for depositions, conferences, and trials - Conduct factual research and analysis - Organize and maintain case files - Collaborate with eDiscovery and Litigation Support Department - Assist in drafting legal documents - Train and mentor junior case managers Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of prior litigation law firm paralegal experience - Trial experience - Enthusiastic and passionate about civil rights and public interest law - Excellent communication, writing, and research skills - Ability to work well under pressure and with strict deadlines - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite Compensation: The expected base salary for this role ranges from $80,000 - $100,000, dependent on experience.
