Law Firm Seeking Associate with Complex Commercial Litigation Experience

The law firm is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced associate to join our Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. This position is open to candidates in the Boston, Century City, Chicago, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Washington, . offices.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Handle complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Participate in all phases of discovery and trial preparation
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in the state where the candidate is located

Salary Information
