Goodwin Procter is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Science Advisor/Patent Agent to join their Intellectual Property Transactions & Strategies group. This position is ideal for candidates with a , excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong academic credentials. Law firm experience is strongly preferred.

Candidates in this role will have the opportunity to draft patent applications and office action responses, perform prior art database searches for patentability and freedom to operate analyses, and/or conduct due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers.

Target Salary Range
The target salary range for this position is $135,000-$150,000.
