Arnold & Porter, a top law firm, is seeking a mid-level to senior associate for our Labor & Employment group in California. This is a great opportunity to join our team in either our Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley office. We are looking for candidates with a strong interest in employment litigation and preferably 2-5 years of experience in employment litigation, counseling, and traditional labor work.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and references, as well as strong writing and analytical skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role. All applicants must be currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in California.

We offer a competitive salary range of $260,000 to $435,000, commensurate with experience.
