We are currently seeking a senior associate or counsel with at least 6 years of experience in energy and/or infrastructure-focused project finance work. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex project finance transactions and other energy-related leveraged financing transactions. We are looking for candidates with a broad range of experience in project financing solutions, including commercial bank facilities, bridge and term loan Bs, and taxable and tax-exempt . private placements and 144A bonds. Responsibilities: As a senior associate in our Energy & Infrastructure Finance Department, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and fellow team members on a variety of complex project financing transactions. Your responsibilities will include: - Working on energy and/or infrastructure-focused project finance work, including renewables, power, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects. - Handling complicated financing transactions involving multiple creditors and capital providers. - Negotiating and documenting intercreditor terms. - Providing support on construction financing, holdco financing, and refinancing. - Collaborating with clients and team members in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must have: - 7+ years of relevant experience in energy and/or infrastructure-focused project finance work. - Strong academic credentials. - Excellent communication skills. - Membership to the New York State Bar.
