The ideal candidate for this position will have 3+ years of legal service experience in a law firm setting and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist lawyers in preparing for trial by preparing and organizing exhibits, conducting legal research, and organizing and coordinating witnesses
- Prepare legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence, including interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits
- Draft subpoenas and coordinate with process servers
- Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues
- Organize case filing systems to ensure all documents are properly sorted and easy to locate
- Draft and analyze Case Information Statements, Propound & Answer Discovery, Draft FM and FD Motions, and Client Certifications
- Interact and communicate professionally with opposing counsel, court staff, and supervising attorney
- Perform other administrative duties as needed

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting

- Strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar
- High-level organizational skills and time-management skills
- Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program is strongly preferred

**Compensation**
MFR Men's & Fathers' Rights Divorce Lawyers Schultz & Associates, LLC offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The total compensation for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 OTE.
