Greenville office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks intellectual property associate attorney with 2-5 years of significant experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the chemical arts, materials science, and/or biotechnology. The ideal candidate must have an advanced degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, and/or the life sciences and/or will have considerable industry experience in at least one of these technical fields. Technology transaction experience is also preferred. Should be registered with the . Patent and Trademark Office, admitted to practice law in one or more states, and willing to become Barred in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
