Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Prepare and file US and Madrid trademark applications
- Manage foreign counsel and correspond with clients regarding USPTO and foreign trademark office communications
- Coordinate trademark enforcement and customs recordals
- Prepare and file copyright registrations
- Manage domain name disputes
- Track and enter time spent on billable projects
- Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel
- Proficiency in information acquisition and USPTO systems
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented approach
- 4+ years of law firm experience with an emphasis in trademark prosecution
- Located in one of our California offices (Silicon Valley strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
