• Employment litigation experience is strongly preferred

This position will provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor relations and law, research and writing projects, collective bargaining and union campaigns, and matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $215,000 to $295,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
