Law Firm Seeking Experienced Paralegal

Responsibilities:

- Independently manage pleadings, discovery, document review, case management, file organization, investigations, e-discovery research, and trial support.
- Utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Office products to create and edit legal documents.
- Utilize your experience with Summation, Concordance, Relativity, and trial presentation software to assist with case preparation and organization.
- Use your excellent analytical and written communication skills to draft legal correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Conduct legal research and provide support for legal arguments and strategies.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal.

- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with Summation, Concordance, Relativity, and trial presentation software preferred.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive salary based on skills and experience, with a range of $60,000 - $85,000.
- Full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K, Disability & Life Insurance.
