Law Firm is seeking an experienced Telecom, Media & Technology Special Counsel to join its Washington, DC office. This is a client-facing role with significant responsibility and the ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience in the cyber and privacy field. The 1,800 billable hour requirement must be met.

The Telecom, Media & Technology Special Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to privacy compliance, data and information management, surveillance laws, and incident handling.

## Qualifications

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Client-facing experience
- Ability to meet 1,800 billable hour requirement
- JD from an accredited law school preferred
