The Opportunity:

- Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm in all 50 states, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal in the Los Angeles area.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a strong knowledge of litigation support and case management.
- This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing large caseloads, assisting at trial, and has familiarity with California and Federal rules of civil procedure.

Responsibilities:

- As a Litigation Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks including client contact, document review and production, drafting and responding to discovery, and exhibit preparation.
- You will also be responsible for indexing, investigation, and research, making this a well-rounded role for someone with a passion for litigation.

Requirements:

- To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and an ABA approved Paralegal certificate.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of trial and litigation paralegal experience, with proven litigation skills.
- Experience with litigation support software such as Summation Pro, Relativity, or other comparable software is required.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills are a must, along with familiarity with trial presentation software such as Sanction or Trial Director.
- Environmental/Toxic Tort experience is a plus.
- References will be required.

Salary and Benefits:

- The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
