Responsibilities and Practice

As a Senior Associate, Counsel, or Partner in our Corporate Services team, you will have the opportunity to work on interesting and sophisticated matters in one of the premier Corporate practices in the Midwest. This position requires a highly-motivated individual with extensive experience in Securities Reporting and M&A in a large regional or national law firm. You will be part of a dedicated team and will have the opportunity to handle routine securities filings, merger & acquisition transactions, and other business transactions. Preferred candidates will also have experience with bank regulatory matters.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate advice to clients and colleagues clearly
- Strong analytical skills and able to offer unique perspectives on complex issues
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills

Technical Skills

- At least 6 years of corporate experience specifically in Securities Reporting, M&A, and Bank Regulatory work
- Excellent academic credentials

Other Requirements

- Licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, or Maine
