- Serve as a vital support in our law firm's mission to empower and advocate for immigrants.
- Handle a comprehensive caseload and assist in the preparation and filing of applications for relief.
- Support our attorneys in meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Uphold ethical standards and professional conduct in all interactions with clients.
- Maintain and organize case files using our legal database for efficiency and meticulous organization.
- Fluency in Spanish is required, reflecting our client base's needs.
- Competitive compensation of - per hour, DOE.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience and education will also be considered.
- Passionate about advocating for immigrant rights with a focus on family-based immigration law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to set and meet deadlines, to manage 2-3 legal assistants, and a significant case load.
- This is an in-person position in our Phoenix and Glendale, AZ offices.
