Transactional Real Estate Attorney (Pennsylvania)

McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is looking for a talented transactional real estate attorney to join their growing Real Estate and Construction Procurement group. This position is based in Pennsylvania and hybrid or remote opportunities are available depending on experience.

McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC deliver sophisticated legal advice to a broad range of clients nationally and locally. They specialize in industrial/logistics, residential housing, restaurant (leasing), and energy (solar and natural gas).

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:


4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience
Ideally, planned community and condominium experience
Experience managing a variety of real estate transactions including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing and the acquisition, disposition, and development of property
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
