The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:


4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience
Ideally, planned community and condominium experience
Experience managing a variety of real estate transactions including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing and the acquisition, disposition, and development of property
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
