PARALEGAL Essential Functions:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel
- Highly organized and able to work well in a structured team environment
- Experience in litigation, assisting with and attending trial, and preparing for depositions
- Obtaining and maintaining medical and billing records
- Maintain high volume calendar and litigation deadlines

PARALEGAL Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous law office experience preferred
- Customer service background preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce software or other CRM system
- Experience with a variety of office equipment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
