Job Title: Wealth Advisor III - High Net Worth Clients Experience: 8+ years in Wealth Management and Sales Location: New York, New York, USA Salary: $225,000 - $275,000 per year We are seeking a highly accomplished Wealth Advisor III to join our team and serve as the primary relationship advisor for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deepening client relationships through needs-based, high-level client service and delivering the full suite of Truist Wealth solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Meet revenue growth, profitability, and client retention goals by acquiring new clients and expanding services to existing clients - Utilize your external network and community connections to acquire new business - Act as the expert level "market moving" advisor for challenging, sensitive, and complex banking relationships - Focus on targeted prospecting and building relationships with external referral sources - Work with specialists and partners to deliver solutions and promote client retention and referrals - Use advanced credit knowledge to lead conversations and provide advice to clients and prospects - Partner with product specialists in investments, trust, mortgage, insurance, etc. to deliver solutions to clients' financial needs - Thrive in a team-based approach to deliver the full suite of Truist Wealth solutions - Act as a role model for other Wealth Advisors and Associates - Establish and maintain beneficial business relationships with internal and external centers of influence - Stay updated on economic, legal, financial planning, investment trends, and market and business issues impacting affluent clients - Serve as a personal financial planning/advisory resource for clients, their attorneys, and CPAs - Maintain appropriate legal, operating, and regulatory controls to manage risk and compliance - Use sound judgment on expenses and operational efficiency Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required - FINRA licenses including Series 7, Series 66, and SIE Exam (Life, Health, and Variable insurance licenses also preferred) - 8+ years of sales and client management experience in Wealth Management, with a proven ability to manage high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients with complex credit and banking needs - Successful track record in the high net worth marketplace, utilizing interpersonal, sales, presentation, and relationship management skills - Advanced credit knowledge and experience working with complex credit deals - Proven knowledge of deposit, credit, and investment products - Experience in a goal-based, results-driven sales environment - Ability to thrive in a team-based approach - Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office - Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics preferred - CFP preferred, or CTFA, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA certification - Completion or enrollment in certification programs such as CFA, CFP, CPWA, and CPA - 5+ years of sales and client management experience in Wealth Management, with a demonstrated ability to manage high net worth clients - Graduate of a leadership or management development program (such as LDP or Banking School) Benefits: - Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and accidental death and dismemberment benefits - Tax-preferred savings accounts and a 401k plan - 10 days of vacation and 10 sick days (prorated based on date of hire and full-time/part-time status) - Paid holidays - May be eligible for Truist's defined benefit pension plan, restricted stock units, and/or deferred compensation plan (depending on position and division) Join our team and become a part of a culture that is aligned with Truist's Purpose, Mission, and Values.
